Berlin, prepare for TOA conference (15th – 17th of July)
If you are in Berlin right now (and have 80-300 € to spend and 2-3 days of holidays (or “spontanious sickness” *cough* *cough*)) then don’t miss the awesome TOA conference, probably the most un-nerdy thing in its area: A three-day mix of serious conference talks, bar-camps / unconference, hippiness, meet’n’greet / connecting, parties etc., and all this indoor and outdoor. Price is 80 € ($88) for students or 300 € ($330) for regular visitors. The ticket price covers free food and free drinks (!). This entire event will happen on a center place plus 140+ different locations all over the city (!).
